RONDA GHIBELLINA - Km 45 / D + 2500 m

RONDA ASSASSINA - Km 25 / D + 1200 m

RONDA SKY NIGHT - Km 10 / D + 700 m (saturday 26)

This competition is open to all people, men and women alike, aged 18 and over at the time of their registration and possessing a medical certificate which attests to their suitability for competitive sporting practice, in compliance with health regulations in force.

The races are held under conditions of partial self-sufficiency. The organizers will run refreshment stations where competitors will find food and drinks. Plastic cups will not be available in any of the refreshment stations, except for the first one. Therefore, athletes must bring their own glass or other suitable container; besides, before leaving each refreshment station, each runner must make sure that they have the minimum amount of water established as compulsory equipment and/or needed to reach the next refreshment station.

Saturday 26th January 2019

From 3pm to 7.30pm - collection of race numbers.

6.009m - START - RONDA SKY NIGHT 10 km.

From 7.30pm - start of the Pasta Party.

From 9pm - start of pre-race briefing.

Sunday 27th January 2019

From 5am onwards - gathering of the runners of the RONDA GHIBELLINA PLUS trail.


From 6am to 7am - collection of race numbers.

7.15 am - racers check-in starts.

8.00am - START - RONDA GHIBELLINA 45 km.

9.00am - START - RONDA ASSASSINA 25 km.


9.20am - START - BABY RING.

10.20am - End of BABY RING.

11.30am approximately - first arrivals expected.

12.00pm - prize award ceremony starts (shorter race).

12.30pm - Terzo Tempo event starts.

2.30pm - prize award ceremony starts (longer races).

7.00pm - time limit for completion - end of the competition.

Parallel events

MARCIA GHIBELLINA Km 9 - Non-competitive hiking along the same trail of the competitive race. It is organized by the guides of the G.E.C.O. association and includes a final refreshment.

BABY RING Km 0,7 - Mini-trail for children aged 6 to 17


From Saturday afternoon onwards and throughout Sunday, there will be stands selling typical food and wine products, handicrafts and others. Participants in the race and other attendees will have the opportunity to purchase and taste Tuscan local specialties.
